Exchanges

There is a $2.50 per ticket charge if exchanged at least 1 business day prior to performance date. (Not to exceed $10.00 per transaction). No exchanges allowed on day of performance. Tickets may only be exchanged for the same performance.

Season Ticket Holders

Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show. No charge if tickets presented at box office at least 1 business day prior to the original performance date and no earlier than one month prior to performance. There is a $2.50 per ticket fee if exchanged on day of original performance.

Exchanges may be done over the phone, but the ticket holder must be the original holder of the ticket and will be asked to validate the exchange with a code on the ticket.
